Giant Squid Caught Off Japan

An 11-foot long (3 metre) giant squid was caught alive off Japan this week. The squid died before reaching shore on Tuesday. It will be used for research.

16 dead in factory fire in China

At least 16 people are have died following a factory fire in China. It happened at shoe manufacturer in the city of Wenling in Zhejiang province. The cause of the fire is unknown.
