Bolivia declares emergency over floods

A state of emergency has been declared in Bolivia where devastating floods have affected tens of thousands of people. In central Bolivia, several bodies are still buried beneath a mudslide that swallowed half a village on Saturday. Torrential rain is predicted to continue throughout the month.
