US plans to limit carbon emissions

The United States has said it wants to set new emission standards for coal-fired power stations to combat climate change. The plan hopes that captured carbon emissions can be funnelled back into the production of other fossil fuels.Opponents argue the plan is not to keep coal plants running cleanly, but shutting down the American coal industry altogether.

The US may plan to shutdown the coal industry but that’s just one of the three problems of the collective caused emission. Oil depending industries are the second problem, not mentioning the industries producing oil-based products. The third collective cause are the drivers when they prefer American made car which are in general not eco-friendly.
